Everything in this world is in constant vibration, including us. When our physical and spiritual bodies are vibrating out of balance we become disconnected, stressed, and in a state of dis-ease. When we take time to relax and realign our energy we begin to vibrate higher, feeling reconnected, at peace and content.

Sound has been used for thousands of years as a way of holistic healing. Yes, there are scientific reasons why sound can reach us on a level nothing else can and I could go into those reasons with you but I choose to believe. To believe in magic and something bigger.
The healers who used sacred sounds to heal their people thousands of years ago didn't know all the scientific reasons, but for them it still worked. They believed, they trusted, they prayed, and meditated and the energy that is put into believing in something more raises the vibration in ourselves, our communities, and in healing the collective.
Using the healing frequency and vibrations of sacred sounds may help align the energy points in the body and start us on our own unique path towards healing. The power of the vibrations from my crystal alchemy bowls can help your mind and body to settle and quiet. Allowing you to come into a place of rest and relaxation.
In this place of rest you start to reconnect to your higher self, inner power and light. Open yourself to the vibrations and to the energy they bring into the physical and spiritual bodies.
The vibration of our thoughts have more impact on our lives than many of us realize.
I have walked with depression and the darkness it brings. At times I have believed the lies my ego told me. How I was unworthy and not enough. I lived through a life of lower vibration.
I have fought my way out of that dark place and have worked to change my thinking and the way I look at the world. It didn't happen over night and I am still in process. This is my human experience.
In my sacred place amongst the trees and with sacred sounds I am reminded that I am a creation of divine light and that I am worthy of giving and receiving of unconditional love and joy. We all are.
The giving and receiving of this love is why I am in service. To offer my talents and unique gifts to all the creatures of the light and to help remind or awaken you that you are a being of that same light and love.
I am excited to share a place on your path and am happy to have you on mine. Let's see what begins to manifest in your life through the use of sound and energy.
