• Cancellations made with 24 hours before service will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours before service will receive a 50% refund.
• Rescheduling a service must be made 24 hours prior to appointment.
• If late to an appointment, no refund will be given and your service will be shortened to fill the remaining time of your appointment.
